We have been located at 275 Collier Road since May 2007. This is the Piedmont Physician’s Plaza and our building is just west of the Collier Road entrance to the Piedmont Hospital campus. Please DO NOT ENTER the hospital campus. We have a separate entrance to our covered parking deck on the southwest edge of the 275 building. After parking, take the elevator up to P-7, then change elevators to go up to the first floor.
